These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lolopi (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity that occurs under your credentials. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your email address verified.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe any third-party right, or attempt to disrupt the Service or other users. The Service is provided for business and personal productivity.
3. Subscriptions, credits, and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once issued. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Free-tier users are not entitled to service-level agreements.
4. Data
You retain ownership of the content you submit. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy and DPA.
5. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your Security settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.
