This Privacy Policy describes how Lolopi (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Service.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, profile image you provide.
- Usage data: features used, requests made, credits consumed.
- Content: conversations, files, knowledge bases, agents you create.
- Device data: IP address (truncated for IPv6), user agent.
2. How we use it
- To provide and improve the Service.
- To bill you for paid plans and credit usage.
- To detect and prevent abuse and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share data with sub-processors only as needed to provide the Service (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, AI inference). We do not sell your data.
4. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your Security settings. You can also object to processing or request portability. See the Data Processing Addendum for our GDPR commitments.
5. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Audit logs are retained for 1 year for security and compliance. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be retained indefinitely.
